As one of the designers for the Disneyland Resorts floats for the Rose Parade in 2006 and 2013, Kaye feels he “really got an understanding of the craftsmanship that the amazing teams of volunteers and scene shops do to pull it all together.”

Kaye adds, “Now as a judge, it will be very exciting to see them all up close in the final days of assembly and really be able to applaud all the teams’ efforts.”

The theme for the 2018 parade is “Making a Difference” and this year’s Grand Marshal is actor Gary Sinise. The parade begins at 8am on Monday, January 1st.
