Disney Reveals a First Look at the Casting for the ‘Frozen’ Broadway Production

Today, Disney has revealed a first look at the casting for the Disney Theatrical Productions version of Frozen. If you hadn’t already heard, the hit animated film is being transformed into a theatrical show, and now we have a first look at the casting!

The casting was revealed via a YouTube video that showcases a behind the scenes look of a photoshoot of the cast. Starring in the show is Caissie Levy (who will play Elsa), Patti Murin (set to play Anna), Jelani Alladin (will play Kristoff), and John Riddle (will play Hans). The photoshoot also gives the first look at the costuming designed by Tony and Olivier Award-winning scenic and costume designer Christopher Oram.

Frozen will be in Denver’s Buell Theatre through October 1, 2017, and starts performances on Broadway’s St. James Theatre on Thursday, February 22, 2018. The show officially opens in mid-March 2018.
