Disneyland makes cuts to sales and marketing staff

The Disneyland Resort has reorganized its global sales and marking departments, laying off an undisclosed number of cast members.

Disney would not confirm the number of cast members let go, but did confirm the restructuring.

The effect of the layoffs could also extend to other areas of Disney, as the team at Disneyland also promotes parks and resorts around the world.

The Disneyland Resort currently has approximately 29,000 employees.
