UPDATE:
The pedestrian bridge is now open.
After crossing the 174-foot long bridge, guests will walk through a newly landscape path to Downtown Disney.
The Disneyland Resort‘s new pedestrian bridge over Magic Way, connecting the area’s two parking structures to Downtown Disney, is set to open Friday, September 13.
Guests will now have a safer way to reach Downtown Disney on foot from the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals Parking Structures, without having to wait for a tram.
The Pixar Pals Parking Structure opened in June, adding over 5,000 new parking spaces to the Resort.
