Plaza de la Familia is returning to Disney California Adventure park at the Disneyland Resort from August 22 through November 2, 2025. The seasonal offering brings the heart and color of Día de Muertos to life in a loving tribute to Pixar’s Coco, and is centered in Paradise Gardens. Today, we’re giving you our first look at what’s cooking during the event, along with two adorable sippers – take a look!

Paradise Garden Grill (Mobile order available)
- Achiote Half Chicken: Roasted achiote-marinated chicken served with Spanish rice, refried beans, and nopal salad (New)
- Loaded Chicken Quesadilla (pictured above) with achiote chicken and roasted peppers & onions, topped with chipotle crema, guacamole, and pico de gallo (New)
- Al Pastor Tacos: Pineapple-achiote-marinated pork with avocado spread and tomatillo salsa served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco
