UPDATE: Disneyland issued the following updated information regarding the Lightning Lane purchase window. “Please note that the previously communicated 3-day purchase window for Walt Disney Travel Company packages includes the date of arrival. Guests traveling on a Walt Disney Travel Company package may purchase Lightning Lane Premier Pass up to 2 days prior to arrival at the Disneyland Resort.”
Starting Tuesday, February 25th, Disneyland Resort will update the Lightning Lane Premier Pass purchase window, allowing guests to buy passes up to 7 days in advance, just like at Walt Disney World.
Something to keep in mind, for now, is when you purchase a Disneyland Vacation Package with theme park tickets, you typically don’t receive the tickets until 3 days prior to your arrival. You must have your tickets in order to purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Hopefully, Disneyland will adjust the date they connect the park tickets so guests have the best chance of purchasing the Premier Pass before it sells out.
