Guests with Disney Resort hotel reservations during the week of June 7-13, 2020, are beginning to receive notifications that their stays are being cancelled due to the temporary closures of Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Affected guests have the option to modify or cancel their Disney Resort hotel reservations up to their original check-in date.
If no action is taken, Disney will cancel the reservation for you and will process refunds on any payments that were made back to the original form of payment.
