Disney/Pixar’s Inside Out managed to bring Disney their only Oscar of the night on Sunday. The film won for Best Animated Feature. Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Bill Hader, Mindy Kaling, and Lewis Black star in the film as the emotions Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger in the mind of 11-year old Riley.
Inside Out continues the tradition of Disney/Pixar’s supremacy at the Oscars, having won Best Animated Feature Film eight of the last ten years. Disney/Pixar’s win for Inside Out concludes award season. Earlier this year the film won a Golden Globe in the same category.
