Spring is officially on the calendar at Walt Disney World, and EPCOT is getting ready to celebrate its most colorful season. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival returns this spring from March 4 through June 1, 2026, filling the park with multicolored character topiaries, fresh food, live music, new photo opportunities, and hands-on fun for all ages.
From the moment you enter EPCOT, the festival surrounds you with flowers, gardens, and familiar Disney faces. More than 60 character topiaries appear throughout World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature, and World Showcase. Guests will spot favorites like Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Bo Peep and her sheep, Lotso, Stitch, Mike and Sulley, Lightning McQueen, Mater, and many more.
In addition to the topiaries, over 30 themed gardens and exhibits invite guests to slow down and explore. Popular returning experiences include Butterfly Landing presented by AdventHealth, the English Tea Garden presented by Twinings, and the Honey Bee-stro Garden hosted by the National Honey Board. Families can also check out playful spaces like Camp Get Out ‘N’ Play Garden and interactive areas that highlight nature, fragrance, and sustainability.
New for 2026, EPCOT adds several fresh garden experiences, including Pluto’s Pet-Friendly Garden, the Wildlife Crossing Garden, and the Trendy Tropicals Garden, giving repeat visitors something new to discover.
As the sun sets, CommuniCore Hall transforms with Spike’s Garden, where glowing fireflies and nighttime blooms add a different kind of magic after dark.
Food is a major part of the festival, and the Outdoor Kitchens return with a mix of fan favorites and new dishes inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. Disney has not yet released the full Foodie Guide, but guests can once again collect stamps with the Garden Graze food stroll using the Festival Passport.
Live music is also back with the Garden Rocks Concert Series at America Gardens Theatre. The 2026 lineup was announced previously, and performances take place on weekends throughout the festival. Concerts are included with EPCOT admission and are first-come, first-served, with dining packages available for guests who want guaranteed seating.
Younger guests can join in the fun with Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt and the returning Eggstravaganza, where character-themed eggs are hidden around World Showcase for a limited time.
Along with the new festival details, Disney released a sneak peek at the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival merchandise. The early preview shows colorful apparel and accessories featuring Spike the Bee and Orange Bird, perfect for springtime park days.
With flowers in bloom, fresh flavors around every corner, and entertainment running all spring long, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival remains one of the best seasonal events at Walt Disney World.
