Guest Experience Team Added to Disney’s Hollywood Studios

After being successfully implemented at the Magic Kingdom, Disney is adding a Guest Experience Team to Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting on April 14. The Guest Experience Team is there to help guests with several obstacles including booking or changing FastPass+ selections, understanding the My Disney Experience app, and deactivating and reactivating MagicBands. They will also be there offering tips and recommendations to guests that ask for it.

The Guest Experience Team will be stationed in multiple locations including one near the Tower of Terror FastPass+ kiosk on Sunset Boulevard, another by the entrance of Toy Story Land, a third station by the Path of the Jedi, and lastly one near the Movie Cameraman Statue near the front of the park.

Some members of the Guest Experience Team will be roaming the park helping guests throughout the day. You can easily identify them because they will be wearing a blue shirt with the Guest Experience Team logo that features the Tower of Terror.

Stephen "Steve" Porter started going to the parks with his family in 1996. Since then he hasn't looked back! Steve was a cast member participating in the Disney College Program in 2013. Most recently he graduated from Penn State University!
