Walt Disney World is having a problem with the park hours section on their website and the My Disney Experience planning website. When a special event, such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, is taking place, the hours are not displaying properly. What this means is that guests may have difficulty distinguishing “normal operating hours” from “special ticket event operating hours.” Guests may not be able to tell that the Magic Kingdom will actually be closed after 7:00 unless they have a ticket for that event. The issue is currently being worked on.
