If your travel plans include a flight in or out of Orlando International Airport (MCO) this holiday season, you might notice that lines are longer than usual.
The airport has released projected passenger numbers for the days just before New Year’s Day, and, if you’ll be among the many, they advise that you pack light, arrive early, and check the Transportation Security Administration’s Twitter account (@AskTSA) for answers to any security checkpoint questions that you may have.
Here are the numbers as reported by MCO:
Today: 163,454 passengers
12/28: 168,247
12/29: 174,495 (busiest day)
12/30: 168,341
12/31: 145,479
Be sure to pack your patience, and travel safely!

Deni loves all things Disney, and, in 2013, moved to the Magic from Maryland. Walt Disney World is her happy place, and she loves getting to share it with others. Deni and her husband of almost 26 years have 2 grown children. Her favorite WDW snack? A Mickey Bar, of course. Is there any other?!
