Recently, Make-A-Wish recipient Linden Bradley of British Columbia got to unlock the gates of Disneyland Park.
Six-year-old Linden, who today is cancer free, wished to open Disneyland for the day. With the help of Mickey Mouse and Disneyland Ambassador Justin Rapp, he got his wish.
Linden’s mom, Julia, said of the experience:
“He’s been through more than I think any of us combined have been through. Hopefully, this will be the memory that he remembers instead of all the bad times with cancer–he got to open Disneyland!”
Here’s more of Linden’s touching story:
Throughout the year, the Disneyland Resort helps to grant over 700 wishes.
