Two big names in the culinary world are joining forces for the first time during this year’s Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic.
James Beard Award-winning chefs Michael Mina (pictured below, left) and Todd English (pictured below, right) will host an exclusive collaborative tasting experience on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The one-night-only event will be limited to a small number of guests and feature 10 courses created by the two chefs, along with beverage pairings from around the world.
Both chefs already have a presence at the Walt Disney World Dolphin. Mina is behind the recently opened Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, while Todd English’s bluezoo has been a longtime dining favorite at the resort.
Each chef has created five courses for this event that reflects their culinary background and influences. Mina’s menu includes marinated big-eye tuna with crispy falafel, chilled lobster and mango salad, Aleppo grilled poussin, triple-seared Wagyu striploin, and a basbousa and passionfruit cheesecake.
English will bring some of his New England and coastal influences to the table with dishes including brown butter miso-poached lobster, pan-seared Nantucket scallops, house-made cacio pepe with duckling confit, roasted Chilean sea bass, and a roasted red beet chocolate gateau.
This won’t simply be a 10-course meal, either. Mina and English will interact with guests throughout the tasting, sharing stories about their backgrounds, travels, culinary philosophies, and the experiences that have shaped their careers. Guests will also get to see culinary demonstrations from the chefs along the way.
Tickets are $295 per person, and space is limited.
The tasting takes place during the 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, being held November 20 and 21. The annual event transforms the resort’s causeway into a huge outdoor food and wine festival featuring dishes from the Swan and Dolphin’s restaurants, more than 170 beverage selections, and live entertainment.
For serious foodies attending this year’s Classic, getting Michael Mina and Todd English together for an intimate 10-course experience certainly adds something new to the weekend.
