Disney Parks has just introduced, for the first time ever, their 2017 “Disney Food & Wine Festival Coast-to-Coast Cookbook.” This new cookbook will take guests coast to coast to the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival that takes place each Spring at the Disneyland Resort and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, that takes place in the Fall at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The Disney Parks Blog has shared a new recipe from the Africa Marketplace – one of 35 Global Marketplaces at the 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
The Spicy Ethiopian Stew is a vegetarian version of a hearty African stew. The protein in this recipe comes from the quinoa and yogurt toppings. When served with naan or flatbread, this stew makes a delicious meal!
