Guests and visitors of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel can now enjoy new offerings at the GCH Craftsman Bar. Read more details below about the new Brioche French Toast, Lobster Benedict, and Breakfast Burrito, enjoyed in the perfect poolside setting!
Brioche French Toast:
Thick-sliced brioche with vanilla-sweetened mascarpone, fresh berries, powdered sugar, and blueberry compote, served with seasonal fruit. $21
Lobster Benedict:
Hollandaise & caviar, shaved asparagus salad, champagne vinaigrette. $34
Breakfast Burrito:
Eggs, bacon, potatoes, pico de gallo and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla, salsa roja and sour cream, served with seasonal fruit. $20
