New Celebrity Chefs and Musicians Announced for Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

With less than three months before the 24th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival begins, details have been released for the new Celebrity Chefs as well as artists who will be joining the Eat to the Beat Concert Series for 2019.

Making their festival debuts this year are restauranteur Fabio Viviani (September 15), Food Network star and cookbook author Aarti Sequeira (November 17), and David Burtka (October 13), celebrity chef, author of “Life is a Party” and husband of actor Neil Patrick Harris.

The Sunday Brunch with the Chef experience will be returning to this year as well. Jamie Deen (September 1), Carla Hall (September 8), Richard Blais (September 22), Robert Irvine (September 29) and Graham Elliot (November 10) are just some of the chefs that will be appearing. Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made by visiting or calling (407) 939-3378.

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series returns from August 29 – November 19 with a total of 249 concerts. In addition to the artists who have already been announced, newcomer India (“Mi Mayor Venganza”) will make her Epcot concert series debut October 5 and 6. Taylor Dayne (“Tell it to My Heart”) returns October 3 and 4, and Kenny G (“Songbird”) is back October 14 and 15. Guests can enjoy guaranteed concert seating by booking an Eat to the Beat Dining Package, available at participating Epcot restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner reservations.

There is a variety of activities that have been planned for families with kids of all ages, beginning with Candy Sushi class that’s hosted by Adventures by Disney. The class is located at Sunshine Seasons in The Land pavilion and will be offered two times daily at 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. There is a small fee of $10 per person for this experience which will pair families with a Disney chef for a chance to roll sweet sushi treats. Reservations can be made at or by stopping by the location to check for availability.

The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to the Bar hosted by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company will be back in 2019 and for the first time, will be located at the entrance of the Harvest Theater in The Land pavilion. Ghirardelli has all the scoop on chocolate and will be preparing chocolate sundae treats that will be available for purchase at Sunshine Seasons.

Chef Minnie has joined Chef Mickey this year and will bring “sparkle and a sprinkle of fun” to the 2019 accessories and apparel. Home goods will feature Chef Figment and Chef Remy from Disney●Pixar’s Ratatouille will be present in apparel and kitchenware designs as well. Guests can toast their way around the world with the Brews Around the World collection or the classic Taste Your Way Around the World Collection.

The 24th Annual Epcot International Food and Wine Festival takes place this fall from August 29 to November 23, 2019.
