With the first day of the Fall season creeping up on us, the chocolatiers at The Ganachery at Disney Springs have whipped up various new fall-inspired chocolate sweet treats, starting with a tasty take on traditional hot cocoa. The sipping chocolate pictured below is served with vanilla bean whipped cream sprinkled with dark chocolate crispy pearls. Guests over the age of 21 can choose to add Bailey’s Irish Creme liqueur for some extra pizazz.
The Madagascan vanilla bean marshmallow is bite-sized and dipped in creamy milk chocolate then garnished with a dash of ‘crispies.’
Look for pumpkin spice latte-flavored and maple pecan-flavored chocolate ganache squares that have been decorated with Fall and Halloween-themed designs.
The new sandwich-inspired PB&J S’more features a house-made graham cracker that’s smeared with peanut butter ganache and raspberry jelly then topped off with a vanilla bean marshmallow that will be roasted to order.
Finally, dark chocolate skeleton skulls might be right up your spooky alley. These chocolates will be available in two sizes; the smaller bite-sized chocolate skull is filled with salted caramel ganache, while the larger skull is served hollow. Both skulls are made with 65% dark chocolate then brushed with bronze deco powder.
Which chocolate sweet treat are you most looking forward to?
