New Featured Sweet Treats at the Disney Parks for July

Every month, the Disney Parks Blog showcases some sweet treats around the Disney parks. This month is no exception, and there is plenty to be excited about if you have a sweet tooth!

At the Disneyland Resort this July, you’ll find “a Gourmet Apple, Crispy Treat and Marshmallow Wand” all covered in milk chocolate, chunks of chocolate cookie, coated with peanut butter, sprinkled with dark chocolate, and finally crowned with some roasted peanuts. These three tasty treats can be found in Disneyland Park at the Candy Palace on Main Street U.S.A. and Pooh’s Spot in Critter Country, Trolley Treats at Disney California Adventure, and in Downtown Disney at Marceline’s Confectionery.

Back over at Walt Disney World, there are three new ice cream sundaes nearby Test Track at Taste Track! The three sundaes are Berry Explosion, Chocolaty Churro and Apple Pie. These sundaes will be available until Labor Day.

What would an update on sweet treats at the Disney Parks be without information on some new cupcakes? At the Contempo Café until July 29, there will be “a vanilla cupcake with blueberry filling and a cinnamon-blueberry buttercream frosting, topped with sprinkles and white chocolate shavings.” Both cupcakes will be available in the grab-n-go section of the quick service restaurant.

In more news about cupcakes, Sprinkles at Disney Springs will be offering a limited time “lemon-blueberry cupcake, which features a lemon cake bursting with wild blueberries and a lemon-cream cheese frosting.” Also at Sprinkles this July are new limited time ice cream flavors including crème brûlée and Moscow Mule Mocktail!

If you’re looking for a healthier snack, try the yogurt parfait at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in the Magic Kingdom. This parfait is packed with fresh berries, granola, and of course vanilla yogurt.

Lastly, over at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs there are some small tasty treats like “Sunday Coffee, Crème Brûlée, an Exotic Fruit Parfait with layers of coconut, raspberries and passion fruit and a Blueberry Lemonade pastry, with blueberry mousse, coconut dacquoise, white glacage, fresh blueberries and coconut.”
