In any case, this August brings back some fan-favorite flavors alongside a few exciting new creations, and I have to admit, this menu feels like it was designed specifically for one of my lifelong loves: Peanut Butter. If you’ve spent any time around here, you’ll know I have a serious weakness for the PB, so let’s just say my Disney Springs snack budget is already in trouble. Whether you’re loyal to the returning classics or ready to dive into something new, there are plenty of delicious reasons to make a stop at Gideon’s this month.
PB Cold Brew Cookie
Thought experiment for you. Aliens arrive, and Gideon’s is tasked with representing the cookies of Earth by offering up three distinct flavors. What three do you choose? For me, one of those cookies is easily … The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie: a thick almost half pound PB Cookie laced with Freshly Ground Locally Roasted Decaf Espresso and fully covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces! It should be overly sweet, but that Espresso Bean works to balance it all out for a unique and flavorful experience! The Aliens are gonna flip their lid over this one! The planet is saved!
The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie will be available every day of August at both the East End Market and Disney Springs locations. Limit two per person. While supplies last each day!
Oreo Double Stuffed Sugar Cookie
Those who’ve been around know that, despite it’s popularity, I have regrets over the Cookies & Cream Cookie. It’s not as exciting as the rest of our lineup, in my opinion. BUUUUT Damn I love the Stuffed Sugar Cookie version! It’s a rich Chocolate Dough made with Black Cocoa Ganache stuffed with a chunk of Cookies & Cream White Chocolate Faux Fudge and covered in crunchy Sanding Sugar! I ate the middle of every one of the Cookies in that photo. Just sayin.

Praline Pecan Sugar Cookie
I can’t fib to you. This Praline Pecan creation is really something special. What a great month for Gideon’s Sugar Cookies! You’ll enjoy our Vanilla Bean Dough stuffed with a Cinnamon Cream Cheese filling studded with Praline Pecans covered in a Turbinado Sugars! So much flavor, you’ll do a little dance. Keep it tight. Don’t make a spectacle.

Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake Slices
How about this glorious Cookie in Cake form? You’ll find this Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake at both locations, by the slice! It’s a Double Frosted Cake that covers three layers of our super soft Chocolate Cake with a full layer of our addicting Peanut Butter Buttercream and our Mocha Espresso Buttercream! Throw in some Reeses Pieces and PB Cups and WOW!

Cookie Bite Surprises
This is an IYKYK item on the Gideon’s Menu that, admittedly, we don’t talk about enough. Cookie Bites are created when we take a full almost half pound Gideon’s Cookie, cut it in fours and dip it in premium Dark Chocolate! Some might think they are a great way to sample different flavors but, in truth, they are a whole different experience! In my humble opinion, they are amazing with a hot latte!
Look for varying flavors in stores throughout August, including the first appearance of the Blueberry Lemonade Cookie Bites in both location on August 4th to the 9th!

Stuart’s Orange Mocha Cold Brew
If you haven’t had a chance to try it, we crown this one our favorite summer drink! Perfectly smooth and bright, our locally roasted beans really shine with this flavor. You know, there was a time when I was inspired to start a whole trip around one of these monthly menu releases. A need for a particular cookie started a vacation planning session I never expected. And if there is any snack-food establishment that can inspire such an adventure, it’s definitely Gideon’s Bakehouse for me.
