Disney+ released its December 2025 lineup, and the platform is leaning into the holiday season with a mix of new premieres and returning favorites. Subscribers will see a steady rotation of classics along with several high-profile debuts across film, music, animation, and sports.
Holiday staples remain front and center. Home Alone, The Santa Clause, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, and The Polar Express anchor the seasonal offerings. New titles join the lineup as well. A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, Joy to the World, Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw, and Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday Songs all arrive throughout the month.

The schedule also expands beyond holiday content. Are You Sure?! brings BTS members Jimin and Jung Kook to the service in a new series. The End of an Era delivers an in-depth docuseries on Taylor Swift’s life on tour. The first episode leads into the premiere of the final show of her tour, filmed in Vancouver, giving fans a whole concert experience at home.
Sports programming adds another milestone. Dunk the Halls airs as a real-time animated NBA game, with the New York Knicks hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers on Christmas Day. The broadcast blends live gameplay with animation technology for a unique presentation.
Disney+ continues to spotlight its seasonal hub, Season’s Streaming Stream, which features holiday episodes and films already available to watch. The December release slate builds on that collection, giving viewers a long list of titles to stream throughout the month.
