Guests visiting the Valley of Mo’ara in Pandora – The World of Avatar will find a brand new Night Blossom banshee at The Rookery inside Windtraders today.
The new banshee has shades of purple, fuchsia, green, and orange along with authentic sounds and three ranges of motion – mouth, head, and wings – that are controlled by hand.
Guests who connect with banshees at The Rookery are encouraged to make a pledge to respect and protect the natural world on Pandora and back home on Earth. Upon seeing other banshee keepers, guests should use the traditional Na’vi phrase of greeting and respect, “Oel Ngati Kameie” (“I See You”).
Additionally, Annual Passholders can now receive a 20% discount and Disney Vacation Club members can receive a 10% on all banshee purchases. Disney Visa Cardmembers also receive 10% off select merchandise purchases of $50 or more at Windtraders when using a Disney Visa Card.
