Guests looking for a fresh meal at EPCOT have a few new reasons to stop by Sunshine Seasons.
Disney Eats has revealed five new menu items now available at the popular quick-service restaurant inside The Land pavilion, including three hearty rice bowls and two tempting desserts.

Known for serving fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by the greenhouses featured in Living with the Land, Sunshine Seasons has added a trio of customizable bowls built around cilantro-lime rice, black beans, onions, peppers, and pico de gallo.

Guests can now choose from:
- Plant-based Sofritas with plant-based feta
- Pork Carnitas topped with cotija cheese
- Beef Barbacoa topped with cotija cheese

All three bowls look colorful and generously portioned, making them a welcome addition for anyone looking for something a little more substantial between attractions.
Those with a sweet tooth have two new desserts to look forward to as well.
The first is an adorable Mickey-shaped Strawberry Lemonade Macaron, featuring bright pink shells with a creamy lemonade filling that looks perfect for a hot Florida afternoon.

Also joining the lineup is a Peanut Butter Cookie topped with cookies-and-cream icing. The oversized cookie is finished with cookie crumbles and a drizzle of icing, making it another shareable treat for guests exploring EPCOT.
Sunshine Seasons has long been one of EPCOT’s hidden gems for quick-service dining, offering a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, rotisserie favorites, and seasonal specialties inside The Land pavilion. With these new savory bowls and colorful desserts now available, it may be worth making another stop on your next visit. We also love the expansive seating area, perfect for taking a lunch break in the glorious air conditioning.
