If you’re looking for another excuse to book a table at one of Disney’s Hollywood Studios‘ signature restaurants, Disney has just served one up.
The Hollywood Brown Derby has debuted a collection of new seasonal menu items, adding fresh entrées and desserts to its already popular lineup. Known for its upscale take on classic American cuisine and old Hollywood atmosphere, the restaurant continues to be a favorite for guests looking to slow down and enjoy a leisurely meal in the middle of a busy park day.
The latest additions offer something for just about every palate, from fresh seafood to hearty comfort food and a pair of beautifully plated desserts.

Seafood lovers can choose from the Pan-Roasted Halibut, served with leek vichyssoise risotto, peas, and citrus. Based on Disney’s photos, the dish is elegantly presented atop a vibrant green risotto and finished with crispy fried leeks and edible flowers for a colorful summer presentation.

Another new seafood option is the Char Grilled Octopus, accompanied by herb-roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and chipotle-harissa aïoli. The octopus is sliced into generous portions and paired with roasted potatoes, making for a dish that looks both refined and hearty.

Guests craving something more substantial have several new choices. The Filet Mignon is served with Yukon Gold potato, braised endive, and a rhubarb-red wine demi-glace. The rich sauce and caramelized finish make this one of the standout dishes visually.

The new Short Rib arrives over a creamy hominy purée with roasted vegetables, smoky adobo glaze, and beef jus. Sweet corn, peppers, and roasted vegetables add plenty of color while complementing the slow-cooked beef.

For another comforting option, the restaurant is now offering a Fried Pork Chop finished with yuzu beurre blanc and topped with fresh summer vegetables, including peaches, tomatoes, radishes, and microgreens. The combination gives the crispy entrée a bright, seasonal twist.
No meal at The Hollywood Brown Derby feels complete without dessert, and Disney has added two tempting new finales.

The Honey Pot De Crème combines silky custard with strawberry compote, salted streusel, and ginger sponge cake for a dessert that balances sweet and tart flavors with plenty of texture.

Meanwhile, the colorful Vanilla Fruit Cheesecake layers vanilla cheesecake with peach sponge cake, strawberry panna cotta, streusel, strawberry-peach compote, mango coulis, and a delicate crunchy tuile for a dessert that’s almost too pretty to eat.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a relaxing table-service meal during your Disney’s Hollywood Studios day, these new offerings give guests even more reasons to make a reservation. Judging by the official photos alone, this latest menu refresh looks like one worth checking out on your next visit.
