Tony’s Town Square Restaurant at Magic Kingdom hasn’t always gotten the most outstanding reviews on the food served there despite its impeccable location right on Main Street, U.S.A. Disney shared that this dining location has recently rolled out some updated and new dishes; let’s take a look.
First is an updated version of Chicken Parmigiana: lightly-breaded chicken breast baked in Tony’s marinara sauce and mozzarella served with spaghetti.
Next up is the Braised Beef Short Rib: tender beef slow-cooked in beer and pepperoni sauce with crispy parmesan potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Rigatoni all Vodka is next on the list and is a dish I’ll try during my next visit to this restaurant! This dish includes rigatoni tossed in a classic tomato-vodka sauce topped with parmesan-herb breadcrumbs.
In the Antipasti section of the menu is a new Insalata Caprese: heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with arugula and white balsamic pesto.
The Tortellini al Forno rounds off the updates for today with Calabrian chili and cheese tortellini baked Italian sausage, onions, peppers, and mozzarella in a creamy tomato sauce.
