Today is the opening day for Great Maple Modern American Eatery, the brand-new restaurant at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel at the Disneyland Resort! Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is in the process of being transformed into Pixar Place Hotel. While I had the chance earlier this month to see the incredible progress that had been made so far in the lobby area, this dining location was not available for a sneak peek. I can hardly wait to return to have a chance to dine here – everything looks and sounds fantastic!
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served here, and there are also some incredible-looking and sounding brunch favorites on the menu, including Chilaquiles, a Cajun Shrimp Biscuit Benedict, and French Toast Logs (holy smokes!).

French Toast Logs
Thick Cut Brioche, Warm Maple Syrup, Whipped Butter, Fresh Blueberries. Substitute: Maple Bacon Syrup at an additional cost.
Aged White Cheddar, Arugula, Tomato, Pickled Red Onions, Aïoli. Includes choice of Fries or Field Greens with Champagne Maple Vinaigrette or substitute for Parmesan Truffle Fries or mini Caesar at an additional cost. Add Avocado, Bacon, Eggs any style at an additional charge.
Pulled Chicken, Bacon, Avocado, Pickled Onions, Medium-Boiled Egg, Toy Box Tomatoes, Shaved Radish, Romaine Wedge, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Fettuccine, Carrots, Tomato, Cream, Manchego Cheese curls, Fried Basil
Cajun Shrimp Biscuit Benedict
