The Play Disney Parks app for smartphones has been updated once again, and this time there is a new experience, and a digital version of an old experience, at Indiana Jones Adventure in Disneyland Park.
The decoder card that helped guests decipher the Mara-glyphics hidden in the queue back in 1995 when the attraction opened is back, but this time in digital form and with more features.
The new experience on the app, Indiana Jones Adventure – The Gifts of Mara, will have guests deciphering the markings on the walls, including some new symbols and codes, to help piece together the legend of Mara.
As codes are translated in the app, guests will receive a portion of a map. Completed maps will earn guests digital achievements, and finishing a set of maps will earn a message from Mara herself.
The Play Disney Parks app is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
