Roadway Adjustments That Will Impact Drivers at Walt Disney World in the Next Few Months

On Tuesday, January 30, traffic will be shifted onto the new southbound World Drive near the Speedway gas station and the Car Care Center. Drivers are asked to allow extra travel time and to adhere to the posted speed limit.

Please see below for specific areas that will be affected:



Inbound lanes into Magic Kingdom parking will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. January 21–26
All traffic will be routed to use the new exit ramp onto Vista Blvd. Drivers traveling to the Magic Kingdom parking lot should follow the detour onto Seven Seas Drive, then Floridian Way where they’ll be directed to use an access gate that is normally closed.

Magic Kingdom auto plaza lanes reduced until end of March
Beginning immediately, lanes into the Magic Kingdom parking lot will be reduced by one lane on each side until the end of March when work is expected to be completed.

Single lane closures around Walt Disney World property January 21–26
Beginning immediately, single lane closures will occur on Victory Way, Buena Vista Drive, southbound Bonnet Creek Parkway, Epcot Center Drive, and southbound World Drive (near Car Care Center).
