You can lace ‘em up and get ready to run this fall with the latest offerings from runDisney. The Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend returns this year, and is bringing new activities and finisher medals to the table.
In a new twist on the standard Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend offerings, this year’s Disney Fall Feast 5K will be run in Epcot for the first time. The 5K medal will feature characters from The Jungle Book.
The Wine & Dine 10K medal will feature friends from Frozen.
Participants of the Wine & Dine Half Marathon will receive a medal emblazoned with Mickey Mouse wearing his patriotic finest.
If you’re looking for a longer running adventure, runDisney is offering the Disney Two Course Challenge. To complete the challenge, you must participate in both the 10K and the Half Marathon. Finishers of the Two Course Challenge will receive a medal that features the lovable Three Caballeros.
Kids can get in on the action by participating in the runDisney Kids Dashes and One Mile Run. The kids’ medals feature Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King.
There’s also a new post-race party available to those who participate in the Wine & Dine Two Course Challenge and Half Marathon, and your registration fee includes your entry. The post-race party will take place on Sunday, November 3rd from 10pm-1am in Epcot.
