Small fire at Paradise Pier Hotel restaurant

The pizza oven at the PCH Grill inside the Paradise Pier Hotel at the Disneyland Resort was the spot of a small fire this weekend. The blaze broke out in an exhaust vent just before noon on Sunday, but was extinguished in less than 20 minutes.

Traffic in the area was affected for 45 minutes, but according to Anaheim Police and Fire spokesman Daron Wyatt, ” There was never any danger.”
