The 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Arts begins on January 12 and runs until February 19. This event showcases spectacular art displays, amazing live entertainment, and of course delectable food. Recently on the Disney Parks Blog, Communications Manager Steven Miller revealed some of the new merchandise guests can get excited about for the upcoming festival!
Disney’s merchandise design team has brought back many of last year’s favorites including apparel, pins, and drinkware, but of course, they’ve also mixed in new items for this year’s festival.
This year’s logo features a colorful silhouette of Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Rafiki. This vibrant logo will adorn many of the merchandise pieces, and will also be displayed on banners throughout the festival.
What would Epcot Festival merchandise be without Figment? So, of course, Disney has also included a number of Figment-themed souvenirs including limited edition pins that are inspired by well-known pieces of art (for example Leonardo da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa”). Annual Passholders will also find him on “specially designed apparel, drinkware, and a limited edition pin.”
