In celebration of the update, the game creators have added a free Holochess mode that you can play in augmented reality (AR). Play the iconic game from the original Star Wars film, known to fans as Dejarik, on any flat surface…including my living room floor. The creatures, of course, appear as holograms on top of the circular board.

The Holochess feature is exclusive to iOS and can be downloaded from the App Store now.
