In the wake of the updated character dining experience that began this summer, Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is making even more changes!
Starting tomorrow, a la carte lunch service will be discontinued.
Mickey’s Tales of Adventure had offered breakfast every day, plus brunch on the weekends, but now the brunch is being expanded to weekdays as well. Breakfast will be offered each day from until 11:30am and brunch from 11:30am to 2:00pm.
The restaurant will then close for the afternoon, reopening at 4:30pm for dinner, where the a la carte menu is disappearing. Dinner will now only feature the classic dinner buffet. As before, no characters appear during dinner service.
Expect a small price increase at both meals, but keep in mind that buffet and character meal pricing at the Disneyland Resort is seasonal can change frequently.
