ABC’s The Chew will be returning to Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival in October. This is the show’s third year at the festival, where they will focus their culinary camerawork on segments related to the Walt Disney World Resort.
The festival at Epcot is a record 75 days long this year, taking place from August 31st through November 13th; The Chew will be taping episodes there from October 4th through the 6th. Epcot Vice President Melissa Valiquette told the Disney Parks Blog, “It’s magical to see our Epcot stage light up as the show’s celebrated hosts cook, dish and entertain each live audience of festival guests.”
Not only will the show be taping at the festival, it will also be adding to the menu. The festival will be host to “Earth Eats Marketplace, Inspired by The Chew”, where guests can find three mouth-watering dishes: “Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots and Feta Cheese; Ricotta and Zucchini Ravioli with Rustic Tomato Sauce and Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with Caramel Drizzle.”
As of today, viewers of The Chew can try to win a vacation for four to watch the taping at Epcot with the “Magical Culinary Adventure Sweepstakes presented by Hidden Valley Ranch”.
Guest of the festival will be able to watch screenings of highlights, cooking tips, and entertaining tips from The Chew at the festival’s center.
The Chew‘s Epcot show’s will air October 9th through the 13th at 1 pm Eastern.
