It is hard to believe two decades have gone by since The DIS first started. Twenty years is a long time to be doing anything, but twenty years doing what we love is cause for a great celebration! No one wants to celebrate a birthday by themselves though, and that is where you come in. Not only could The DIS not exist without you, but The DIS exists because of you. We can’t throw a truly spectacular party, on such a meaningful occasion, without the people who made it happen. That is why we are inviting the entire DIS family, from those who have been with us for the entire ride to those who just hopped on yesterday, to join us in what will surely be a party you are not likely to forget! The parks are all about making memories, so come make some great ones with us.
When is The DIS 20th Anniversary Event?
May 29th through June 3rd. That is six days of DIS-related fun to add on to the already amazing Orlando park experience!
What can you look forward to?
A fun-filled week full of meet-and-greets with other DIS fans and members of the DIS team, such as a ride on “its a small world” with John and Kevin, an exciting silent auction, and most importantly The DIS 20th Anniversary Party!

What’s this party all about?
We are so glad you asked, because we get excited just telling you about it! The DIS is hosting a nighttime Epcot extravaganza of epic proportions. On Thursday, June 1st from 10pm to midnight, Future World is ours! We have the run of the place, and we aim to make the most of it.
Here’s how we like to describe it: you’ll experience Epcot® in 3D, a progressive night full of Dining, Dancing, and Discovery! This is a night where dynamic dimensions collide as the attractions of Epcot® come to life. It is an evening of celebration where you will experience three private parties in one. From the smooth chill of the Future World West, to the thrills of the Future World East, Epcot® in 3D offers a dimension for everyone!
In addition to music, Disney characters and food, you will enjoy endless rides on the following attractions:
Soarin’®
Test Track®
The Seas with Nemo and Friends®
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
But that’s not all!!!!!
We will end our evening with our own, private IllumiNations, Reflections of Earth!!!
The cost to attend is $85 per person regardless of age. Theme park admission is NOT REQUIRED to attend this event as it is a private party.
