After a five-month closure, The Hall of Presidents has officially reopened in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom. The attraction shut its doors on January 20, 2025, as part of the usual update process that takes place when there’s a change in U.S. leadership. As of today, it’s welcoming guests once again, just in time for Independence Day.

While most of the show remains the same, one notable update is the return of Donald Trump to the lineup. Beyond that, fans can expect the experience to stay largely familiar, continuing its tradition of honoring the office of the presidency through a mix of history, storytelling, and impressive animatronics.

Once you step inside the air-conditioned theater, journey through some of the most pivotal moments in American history. From the fight for independence during the Revolutionary War to the struggles of the Civil War, the 25-minute-long show explores the challenges and triumphs that helped shape the nation. You’ll hear powerful quotes from leaders like John F. Kennedy and witness Abraham Lincoln, brought to life on stage, deliver the timeless Gettysburg Address.
The show features a speech by George Washington and a recorded oath of office from President Donald Trump, continuing the attraction’s tradition of honoring each commander-in-chief throughout America’s story.
