This morning I was taking a stroll through EPCOT before grabbing breakfast. While on this walk, I saw that the new EPCOT Refreshment Station is no longer behind a wall of hedges! This area provides more covered seating for guests, and the best part is that you can get frozen Coca-Cola slushies here. I did some research, and apparently, the walls came down the last weekend of May, but I haven’t passed this area in a while, so seeing this shocked me.
According to the menu, these won’t be just regular slushies. Guests will choose a flavor and pick toppings to enhance the frozen treat. I did not see any cast members in the location, but that could be because it was 9:40 AM. According to the My Disney Experience app, the Refreshment Station opens at 11 AM and closes with the park at 9 PM.
This is across from Test Track and near the Creations Shop for wayfinding purposes. Will you be taking a rest stop here on your next trip to EPCOT?
