In a post on their Instagram account, Disney Parks introduced Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad as the new Ambassadors for the Walt Disney World Resort for 2024-2025. The ladies were welcomed by none other than Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, as well as the current Walt Disney World Ambassadors, Raevon Redding and Ali Manion.

The Ambassadors represent over 75,000 cast members as they help bring the magic of Disney into the Florida community. The two newly chosen Ambassadors will hold their positions for the next two years during an exhilarating time of growth for the resort and the company as a whole.
