The school is relocating to a new campus in downtown Orlando and the donation from Disney will help them create state-of-the-art classrooms with cutting-edge technology.
The Walt Disney World Center for Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Valencia College is expected to open this fall as part of a shared campus with the University of Central Florida.
In addition to the donation, Disney also plans on offering the expertise of their award-winning chefs to the students, who will be working on degree programs, certificates, and workforce training.
