Bob Chapek, Chairman of Parks, Experiences and Products for the Walt Disney Company, announced at the D23 Expo on Sunday that there will be a new festival center coming to the World Celebration area in Epcot.
Chapek said that the new festival center will be “the perfect place for live events”. The uniquely-designed structure will feature three levels: a plaza level on the first floor, an expo level on the second floor, and a park level on the top floor. It was said that the third floor will be the perfect place from which to view Epcot’s nightly spectaculars.
