Hightower’s husband, Ty Crooms, was interviewed by WESH 2 reporters and he says she is being “railroaded” by the agents. “They’re going to fabricate something to make it stick. We’ve got to let the courts decide, but it’s innocent until proven guilty. This is America.”
Hightower has previously worked in ticket re-sales, which Richard Hornsby, WESH 2 legal analyst, says proves that she knows the industry and how to use it.
