You Could Work at Home for the Disney Store if you Live in One of These Select States

If you’ve always wanted to work for Disney but don’t live anywhere near any of their theme parks or stores, you might be in luck!

The Disney Store is currently looking for Guest Service Representatives to work from home in the states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina.

Some of the job duties listed in the ad include assisting guests by answering inbound calls and emails, contacting guests via outbound calls, and escalating issues to appropriate management. The job listing also states that it’s the Cast Member’s responsibility to create “magical moments for guests of all ages.”

Excellent communication skills along with a customer-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, computer proficiency including online shopping expertise, and proven success working as a member of a team are among the sought after qualifications. A stable, high-speed internet connection is a must. And while you don’t need a college degree to apply, a high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement.

Disney is particularly looking for bilingual applicants who are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Shifts are varied and may include holidays and weekends.
