As we learned earlier this week, Disney Genie+ will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and Individual Lightning Lane will change to Lightning Lane Single Pass beginning July 24, 2024. I think it’s safe to say that Disney fans are not the biggest fans of change, especially when it comes to how we plan our Disney vacations. The thing is, with these new changes, Disney has combined some of what we loved about FastPass+ with some aspects we don’t mind about the newer Disney Genie+ system. There will obviously still be a charge if you decide to use either the Single or Multi Pass options – that part isn’t going away, and we’ll likely have to wait a while longer before we find out exactly how much it will cost. I imagine that it will vary depending on the day, similar to how it does now for Genie+.
