What a wonderful surprise it was today to see that the first big transformation at EPCOT was revealed!
The walls around the brand new entrance fountain were finally removed and the entire area is wide open. The prism-style of the fountain’s pillars balance perfectly with Spaceship Earth behind it and when the sun hits those pillars just right, it’s a spectacular sight!
The uniquely new fountain is the perfect blend of being a retro throwback to EPCOT while taking the theme park into the future with other ongoing transformations.
The new manhole covers are pretty cool, too!
This new spot will make for a wonderful photo op for years to come; it’s everything we could’ve wanted and more!
