Disney’s Animal Kingdom Tests New Stroller Parking System

Starting on June 1st, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will test a new stroller parking system that separates guests’ strollers into zones and collects feedback from their experience.

During the pilot, more attractions and shows will include stroller parking such as:

Festival of the Lion King

Finding Nemo – The Musical

It’s Tough to be a Bug

Kali River Rapids

Kilimanjaro Safaris

Wildlife Express Train

Visitors who rent a stroller will receive a specialty tag upon rental and guests who bring their own stroller will receive a tag at their first parking location. These tags feature different colors that match up with the different colored stroller parking zones that designate where guests can park their strollers.

Animal Kingdom is hoping to space out the stroller parking areas and improve guest experience with this new system. There is no set date for when the pilot will end.
