When curating my must-have dining list before every Walt Disney World vacation, some of my plans might seem a little unusual. I tend to eat differently when visiting Disney Parks, avoiding heavy meals and sugary treats during the day (where possible), often saving them for later in the evening. In some cases, like after an evening at Cirque Du Soleil’s Drawn to Life, I often like to pencil in a lovely dessert experience in Disney Springs. Even if we caught a quick dinner prior to the show, separating dessert into its own event allows me to make more visits to my favorite places around the Walt Disney World Resort. I’ve already marked my next dessert stop for my next return to the area.
The Polite Pig in Town Center is now offering a new dessert that was recently added to the menu. The Blueberry Cheesecake is creamy, rich, and topped with a fresh blueberry creampote, which is sure to make this Disney girl feel like her delayed sweet snack was worth the wait. Even though I do love myself some BBQ, I’ll be making the trip to The Polite Pig just for this after-dinner delight.
