Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain at JALEO during Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining®, from August 16 to September 30, 2024. Our exclusive $40 tasting menu features four waves of signature tapas, including favorites like gambas al ajillo and pan con tomate, followed by a decadent dessert.

$1 from each meal supports The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, aiding families in need. Please note: The entire table must participate. This special menu is not available in our Waterfront Patio area. Special accommodations are offered for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. Starter

  • Traditional Pan Con Tomate – toasted slices of bread brushed with fresh tomato
  • Gazpacho De Tomate Estilo Algeciras – classic chilled spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, and green bell peppers
  • Croquetas De Pollo – traditional chicken fritters
  • Plato de Queso Manchego – unpasteurized sheep’s milk cheese. nutty with a tangy, lingering flavor

Appetizers (Second Course)

  • Pimientos piquillos de queso cabra – seared piquillo peppers filled with goat cheese
  • Ensalada verde – mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, onions and olives with a sherry dressing
  • Espinacas a la Catalana – sautéed spinach, pine nuts, raisins and apples
  • Empedrat de montgetes – traditional Catalan bean salad with tomatoes, olives and sherry dressing

Main Course (Third Course)

  • Chorizo casero con puré de patatas al aceite de oliva – house-made traditional chorizo with olive oil mashed potatoes
  • Pollo con pisto Manchego – josper grilled chicken thigh with a traditional vegetable stew
  • Gambas al ajillo – the very, very famous tapa of shrimp sautéed with garlic
  • Mejillones a la con mojo verdeMussels cooked in the Josper served with Mojo Verde

Dessert

  • Flan al Estilo Tradicional de Mamá Marisa con Espuma de Crema Catalana – a classic Spanish custard with ‘espuma’ of catalan cream and oranges
  • Pan con chocolate – chocolate custard with caramelized bread, olive oil, and brioche ice cream
  • Helados y Sorbetes Caseros – daily selections of ice cream and sorbets
