Over at Disney Springs, one of the many popular dining spots, The Polite Pig, has been keeping things fresh with four delicious new menu additions that have rolled out over the past two weeks. Guests can now try the crisp and refreshing cucumber salad, the indulgent Chicken Fried Smoked Pork Belly, a spooky seasonal sip with the Berry Scary Bourbon Smash cocktail, and a sweet finish in the form of a tangy Key Lime Tart. Cucumber Salad
We’re finishing out summer fresh with our newest side: a refreshing cucumber salad made with crisp cucumbers, red onion, and a creamy dill dressing. Cool, tangy, and the perfect bite with your BBQ.
Chicken Fried Smoked Pork Belly
Our Chicken Fried Smoked Pork Belly starts with thick-cut, in-house cured pork belly, marinated in buttermilk and spices for 24 hours. It’s dredged in our signature fried chicken flour, fried until golden perfection, and served on a rich ragout of black beans, corn, okra, and jalapeño sausage.
Topped with fresh arugula and shaved radish, this dish will have your tastebuds begging for more!
Key Lime Tart
Tart, tropical, and totally irresistible.
