Whether you’re a longtime Salt & Straw lover or just looking for a new Disney snack to try, The Berries Series is packed with fruity, creative scoops that celebrate the flavors of the season. Let’s take a look at the new options that are ready to delight your taste buds!

Birthday Cakes and Blackberries
There’s no flavor more celebratory than this! Mouthfuls of our homemade take on a rainbow-flecked ‘confetti’ cake are generously strewn throughout salted vanilla ice cream and streaks of Oregon Growers jam—made from the plump, delicious blackberries the Pacific Northwest is famous for. You don’t need to be marking another trip ‘round the sun to indulge; this classic cake-and-ice-cream combo always feels like a party.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This iconic Midwestern “salad” turned scoop is back for another summer. We start with mouthwateringly rich cream cheese ice cream then fold in our pretzel crumble for a touch texture and a pop of salt. And instead of the traditional Jell-O topping, we swirl in something even better: our housemade strawberry jam packed to the brim with ripe berries. It’s a creamy, bright and crunchy celebration of this salad’s layers all in one stunningly swirled scoop—and guaranteed to steal the spotlight of any potluck spread.

Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero
Our spicy longtime fan favorite—a delectable tongue twister of ripe berries, goat cheese, and habanero heat. Goat cheese from renowned California cheesemaker Cypress Grove meets a fruity, fiery swirl of our marionberry-habanero jam in every spoonful. Think of marionberries as blackberries’ darker, juicier cousin. Pioneered in Oregon, they’re a standout in the berry landscape—the ideal counterpoint to the slow-build heat and delightfully funky cheese that make this flavor so distinctly delicious.

Huckleberry Oat Crisp with Foraged Porcini
This is berry crisp with a savory twist: elevated, umami and undeniably delicious. First, we cook down porcini mushrooms, maple syrup and a splash of port wine into into a glossy, intensely flavorful syrup which we churn into our perfectly silky ice cream base. Huckleberry jam adds swirls of wild, bright acidity while hand-broken pieces of oaty rosemary lace cookies bring a savory-sweet crunch. The result? Freshly foraged indulgence and a sweet earthy richness that feels born of the forest itself–fit for a Michelin plate, but destined for your spoon.

Raspberry Marzipan Princess Cake (v)
Sweden’s beloved green princess cake is a thing of pure whimsical decadence. Once a favorite of real princesses, our take on this domed dessert starts with impossibly creamy pistachio-cashew frozen dessert, brightened with vanilla bean and a touch of salt. Ribbons of tangy seedless raspberry jam streak throughout, alongside toothsome cubes of raspberry marzipan and delicate chunks of vanilla bean cake. It’s a tasty, textural dream worthy of royalty—or just as good in your pajamas eaten straight from the pint.

As usual, I only have one problem. Which one am I going to choose first?
