It’s a special time in Walt Disney World when a seasonal favorite ingredient takes the stage at one popular Disney Springs dining location. Jaleo’s Strawberry Festival is back on the menu for a limited time only! Between now and March 16th, in partnership with Southern Hill Farms, Jaleo will be offering a beautifully curated menu, celebrating everything we love about this vibrant berry. Gazpacho de fresas, 11 – Cold soup with strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper
Cono de Queso azul “Mamá Marisa” y fresas, 6 – Cone of Mamá Marisa Blue cheese mousse, strawberry marmalade and toasted pistachios
Texturas de Fresas, 16 – A selection of strawberry spheres and cones, Additional Order, 7
Pinchos de fresas, sandía y tomate, 10 – Strawberry, watermelon and tomato skewers with sherry dressing
Ensalada de fresas, tomate, aguacate y queso de cabra, 14 – Salad of strawberries, tomatoes, avocado, goat cheese and sherry dressing
Coca de queso idiázabal y mermelada de fresas, 12 – Olive oil and rosemary cracker with strawberry marmalade and grated idiazabal cheese

Southern Hill Farms is a family-owned and operated u-pick and commercially harvested blueberry, strawberry, peach, and seasonal vegetable farm. They are nestled in Central Florida atop the rolling hills of Clermont, just southwest of Orlando. They currently have 40 acres of blueberry bushes, five acres of peaches, 15 acres of strawberries and one acre of blooming sunflowers on the 120-acre farm, open for u-pick December-May.
All of our dishes for Festival de Fresas are made using Southern Hill Farms berries!
